What We Know So Far
There are restaurants with good food and restaurants with good intentions, and they don’t always overlap. 130 Primrose is an attempt to make them the same thing. Every member of the front-of-house and kitchen team has experienced homelessness, and the restaurant provides training towards formal hospitality qualifications alongside paid employment.
