If you have previously served in the armed forces (or have a relative that has) with an unclaimed medal, we would like to speak to you.

The Ministry of Defence are working on a digital service that will issue previously unclaimed medals and we are looking for people to take part in our research.

A research session will last 30-45 minutes, will be held remotely and we will arrange a suitable date and time with you.

We want to speak to a wide range of people – as long as you can:

  • join the session from a computer or tablet/phone, with an active internet connection
  • come prepared to offer completely honest and open feedback

We are unable to offer any monetary incentive for this research, but your feedback will help us shape the service for all users.

If you would like to find out more, please contact [email protected], and we can share more details about what to expect.

Contacting us to find out more is not a commitment to take part – you can change your mind at any time. If you decide to withdraw, all we ask is that you let us know, and we will remove your details – you do not need to provide us with a reason.
