Among the one stars were Tomos Parry’s Mountain, recently named “best new restaurant” at the Good Food Guide, 1890 at the Savoy — described as “the most appealing of the restaurants Gordon Ramsay runs in the Savoy Hotel,” by host Amanda Stretton, and Pavyllon, Yannick Allego’s London outpost in the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. Other wins included Dorian, Humo and Akoko.
