Townsend restaurant inside the Whitechapel Gallery is teaming up with the gallery’s late-night contemporary arts festival, Nocturnal Creatures, for a one-night-only supper club on 23rd July. The dinner will comprise four courses inspired by the work of artist Emma Talbot (whose new commission for the Whitechapel Gallery will launch on the same night) and will strongly feature foraged produce. Dishes will include parmesan beignets with summer truffle, strozzapreti with green beans and nasturtium pesto, and fig leaf cream with elderflower, strawberries and almonds.
