A slice of Miami is coming to Stoke Newington this summer as SoBe Burger is opening its first permanent site following successful residencies at London Fields Brewery, Pop Brixton and Abbey Tavern. Co-founded in 2018 by old school mates Tom and Alex after they took a trip to the States and fell in love with the farm-to-table burger joints of Miami, SoBe Burger (that’s short for South Beach)
keeps it simple, using the best British produce for their menu that features a confit garlic cheeseburger, truffle cheeseburger and green chilli cheeseburger – and yes all variations are available vegan.
