Enjoy gastronomic delights such as oysters with coconut mousse and coconut foam for starters, followed by cannelloni with ricotta, spinach and tomato; quail and chicken dish served with celery and apple salad and truffle puree. Finish with a wonderful ‘pillow of love’ shared dessert of raspberry parfait, rose marmalade and delicate hibiscus gel.
