P. Franco in Clapton is no stranger to guest chefs taking over the hobs but they’ve got a very spesh takeover happening on 19th June as St. John will be joining them for the day. St. John chef director Jonathan Woolway will be joining P. Franco’s James Smart to cook up a Sunday menu full of dishes that reflect the values of St. John’s co-founder Fergus Henderson., alongside St. John’s own-label wines on the drinks list. The wine bar will serving an a la carte menu inside but if you prefer the al fresco life, they’ll also be doing a St. John-style picnic over the road in the Round Chapel Grounds. There are no ressies, so just turn up early and get involved.
