Amazon shoppers are going wild for a ‘fantastic smelling’ carpet cleaner which customers claim is ‘ideal for stains’. Bissell Wash & Refresh Febreze Carpet Cleaner Shampoo typically sells for £15.99 but has been reduced to £11.99 – a whopping 25 per cent off.
Elsewhere, John Lewis is selling something similar, as the Vax Spot Wash Citrus Carpet Cleaning Solution comes in a one litre bottle and costs £14.99 . Not only does it do away with 99.9 per cent of bacteria , but it also kills smells caused by germs .
The Amazon carpet cleaner has gone down very well however. One shopper said: “So I used this carpet cleaner shampoo to remove some stubborn stains from my living room rug. It worked like magic!

While a third raved: “ Used it on my carpet and white rug I spilled tea on it x3 bought this came in straight away got them washed with my machine on deep clean out came the stains. And a nice smell .”

Amazon is also selling a washable carpet , which could look good on most floors. The Floralux Washable Rug measures 2x3ft and comes in eight colours: blue, beige, green, orange, black, pink, taupe, and grey .
It costs between £28.97 and £29.70 depending on what colour you select, and is made of faux wool so you can be sure no animals were harmed in making it.
