The popular Italian restaurant Como Garden is launching a brand new pizza menu that will take diners on a culinary odyssey through the authentic flavors of Italy. Enticing diners with its romantic charm and lush garden-inspired interiors, Como Garden brings the essence of Lake Como to Kensington.
All in homage to Italy’s rich culinary heritage, the new range offers both a classic interpretation and a modern twist that reflects global influences.
Diners can try Italian classics such as Marguerita with datterini tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil, Picante with DOP tomato sauce, Fior di latte mozzarella, Naples salami and fresh chillies, or spin them with Quattro Formaggi. Agerola Fior di latte cheese, percorino Romano, Parmesan Reggiano cheese and a 30-month aged blue cheese.
For something more unique and luxurious, dive into their truffle mushrooms, a white base pizza with Agerola Fior di latte cheese, white truffle cream, mushrooms, pecorino Romano DOP, shaved black truffle, fresh basil and black truffle oil. Also available is their new Regina with Datterino tomatoes, Agerola Fior di latte, Parma ham, arugula and burrata.
Feeling greedy? Try the San Danielle with buffalo mozzarella, 26 month old San Daniele Parma ham, wild rocket, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan shavings and extra virgin olive oil.
The team have been working hard to bring the best pizzas to West London. He has sourced the freshest ingredients from Italy, using the only fermented sourdough and baked in a wood oven to bring out all the flavors and achieve the perfect texture.
