Shoppers have gone mad for a new air fryer from Philips. The Philips 3000 Series Dual Zone Air Fryer sells for £179.99 at John Lewis, Philips, and Currys.
It’s designed for heat to penetrate the food rather than circulating around it, ensuring an even cook with whatever you’re knocking up. It also has two drawers so you can cook two things at once.
It also has a function that lets you sync the two drawers so your meal will be done at the same time. The air fryer is also dishwasher safe.

The Philips air fryer has 4.9 stars from 29 reviews at John Lewis. One shopper wrote: “Really easy to use and very sleek. Does what it says. Love the colour combo. Cooks quickly and takes no time at all. Keeps the family happy means happy life.”
While a second said: “I’m absolutely in love with this air fryer, it looks so classy and luxurious especially the gold on the matt black. It’s all we use to cook now. Our old ones were retired as it didn’t have two baskets, so handy having two compartments and our food is always so delicious it cooks chicken to absolute perfection.”

And a third penned: “I’ve had air fryers in the past and they’ve been ok. This by far is the best I’ve had. It cooks so well and the food tastes amazing. It chargrills our chicken and in so little time too.
“It looks gorgeous and sits on the worktop so elegantly. It’s easy to use and is our everyday go-to. I love how it has two compartments and you can use only one if you’re just reheating some food. Absolutely in love with this and would recommend it to all.”
Of the 29 reviews, the lowest three gave the air fryer four stars. The only complaint was “Unfortunately unless you dust the top before wiping it it will scratch very easily, it could do with a protective layer on top of the delicate glass.”
If £180 is a bit out the budget however, you can get a Cosori air fryer from Amazon for £79.99. It is made of stainless steel plastic, and comes with a solid 4.7 star review.
