Mystic Spearhand might be the coolest class in Dragon’s Dogma 2.

Mystic Spearhand The earliest advanced professions you can unlock in Dragon’s Dogma 2 It is one of . If you play your cards right, you can access it within about 5 hours of starting the game, and from personal experience, it’s a lot of fun to play.

If, like us, you watched the pre-release footage and thought, “I want to be a fantasy Jedi,” it will definitely deliver. The job is taught by an NPC named Sigurd, but it can be difficult to meet without a plan.

Mystic Spearhad the highest drop potential, making it basically the best class in Dragon’s Dogma 2.

Requirements to unlock Mystic Spearhand in Dragon’s Dogma 2

To learn the mysterious Spearman profession, you must travel to Bernworth and contact Brant. He will offer you three possible quests, and you must complete one of them to use the class.

Completing one of these will trigger an event where you can become a Mystic Spearman, but for money the first thing you should do is kill monsters. To start exterminating monsters, go to the tavern next to Vernworth’s job guild at night and talk to Brandt.

The reason we recommend Monster Culling is because it takes you to Harve Village and you want to access that village if you miss the first interaction with Sigurd. Also to give you access to some reinforcements. It also helps you to upgrade your current job.

If you go to a pub during the day, you can hang out at the counter and wait for Brant to show up.

To finally unlock the mysterious spear hand, you must complete one of Brandt’s quests and then travel to Melve. Upon arrival, a diseased dragon covered in pustules will attack the village.

Climb on top of the dragon and attack its pustules to drive it away. During this fight, you will see the mysterious Changson helping you. This man is Sigurd and he is a master of the Mystic Spearhand profession.

After the battle you can talk to Sigurd and ask about his fighting style. When you finish this conversation, you will feel his call. Unfortunately, if you’re not quick enough, Sigurd will leave the village and you’ll have to fumble some more.

Sigurd is a hooded figure who wields Mystic Spearhand’s trademark Dualspear.

Where to find Sigurd in Dragon’s Dogma 2

If you don’t talk to Sigurd right after banishing the dragon, he will move to his home. Sigurd’s house is in Harve Village, so it’s a good idea to complete the Monster Culling quest before fighting the dragon in Melve.

Sigurd lives in the last house on the street overlooking the sea east of Hav By. Talk to him here and exhaust all his dialogue to unlock the Mysterious Spearman class.
