You guys know we do our best to keep you in the know about the best food in London, whether it’s a hidden gem restaurant or a one-off pop-up. And if you’ve been following along with our Deliveroo Doorstep Taste Tour thus far, you might already know about a very exciting, upcoming foodie event we’ve got in store for you. Over the past few weeks, we’ve been working with Deliveroo to create a bespoke limited edition pizza, created in collaboration with Munya Chawawa and Pizza Pilgrims. And the best part is, we’ll be giving away 600 for free on March 7 from 12pm-2pm at Pizza Pilgrims in Shoreditch.
A word of advice – these bespoke pizzas will be dished up on a first come, first served basis and they’re guaranteed to go like hot cakes. So we’d recommend getting yourself down there pronto if you want to be in with a chance of getting your free Pizza Pilgrims. As a local London resident and a self-confessed foodie, we knew Munya would be the perfect person to work with to create a show stopping Pizza Pilgrims pizza. He’ll even be there on the Dish-Up Day helping to give the first 600 lucky Londoners their food!
So what exactly does this limited edition dish entail? Piled onto one of their slow proved Neapolitan bases, there’ll be a delicious blend of mozzarella, parmesan, tomato, garlic mushrooms and crispy onions. And don’t be too disheartened if you don’t manage to secure one of these mouthwatering pizzas on the Dish-Up Day – 200 more will be available to purchase on Deliveroo the following Monday and Tuesday (March 11-12).
