Adam Rosenfeld studied at the University of Michigan
On his journey to higher education, Rosenfeld first attended the University of Michigan and received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and Literature/Letters.
From there, he obtained his juris doctorate from Florida International University’s College of Law.
Adam almost went to medical school
Adam Rosenfeld considered working in the medical field. In a YouTube video on Grauman’s Rosenfeld Group channel, he talked about the experiences that led him to where he is today:
“I went to college, I graduated, I went to law school, I graduated, and then I went back to school, and I was so close to getting into medical school… I didn’t go. In the application process, I came here, and I lived with my brother for a while, and I fell in love with the place. And I think the opportunity to go back to school somewhere in the Midwest or back like Florida just didn’t seem that appealing to me anymore.”
She cited burnout as a factor that kept her from wanting to go to medical school. Instead, Rosenfeld entered into business with him “pioneer” brother, exchanging a valuable home in California:
“And I was burnt out, and I was ready to take a break. So I deferred for a year, and the reason I ended up in real estate was really just kind of a fluke. My brother had decided to build his first house. He had absolutely no experience in real estate or development… So my brother, who was a pioneer, went for it. And he went for it with a $700,000 house in Tarzana. And he was going to do this translation and it took him the better part of six months and then he went to sell it for $1.2 to $1.3 million.
She explained that because of her previous law degree, getting her real estate license was easy:
“So that’s what I did. I went, and because I had a law degree at the time, the requirements to get a license were a little different. I didn’t have to take any classes, I could just sit and take the test. And thank God, because I don’t think I bothered with the classes, so I don’t think I would have gotten a license if I had.”
Adam is an award-winning real estate agent
On his official website, Adam Rosenfeld lists the many awards and accolades he has earned in his field. This also includes being named a Leader of Influence by the LA Business Journal. Since working at the agency, he has been awarded the chairman’s award several times.
His work has brought him face-to-face with a variety of clients, including celebrities, developers and Hollywood workers.
Adam was involved in founding a real estate brokerage company
Rosenfeld founded his own company with his colleague Jon Grauman. Rosenfeld + Grauman is one of the Los Angeles area’s top choices for high-end real estate.
