Look, we love a Christmas market. It’s impossible not to be overcome with festive joy whilst wandering under lights, browsing market stalls, and sipping on mulled wine. But if we’re being completely honest, the food options often leave something to be desired. And one popular name from social media clearly agrees, because popular London foodie, Eating with Tod, has created his very own foodie-oriented Christmas market: Tod’s Festive Feast.

Namesake Tod was frustrated with the generic, and frequently bland, offerings at Christmas markets up and down the country. Surely at a time of celebration and indulgence, such as Christmas, our festive markets should be full of top-notch, mouthwatering food? So Tod set out to create his own festive food market, filled to the brim with some of London’s best food stalls. And it’s now doling out delicious food in the middle of London, all the way through the festive season until December 28.

Naturally, we had to go and give it a go:

If the name itself doesn’t ring a bell, you’ve still no doubt seen Eating with Tod dominating your social media feeds alongside the likes of Topjaw and Keith Lee. Juices drip from his fingers, sauce ends up smeared across his face; Tod’s indulgent approach to documenting London’s food culture has made him incredibly popular.

It’s also inarguable that, due to the number of places he’s visited, he knows who in London is actually cooking up brilliant food. And he’s brought them all together in one location at a must-visit foodie destination.

Vendors at Tod’s Festive Feast

Now, you’re probably wondering who exactly Tod has hand-selected for the food-filled festive market. Tod is making sure to champion each of the food vendors at the market. He’s slapped the names of them all over the area. It’d be impossible to walk away without knowing whose food you’ve been eating.

These are all the vendors you’ll find slinging food and drink at Tod’s Festive Feast:

Our top picks

Too many to choose from? These were our favourite things that we tried when we visited:

  • Festive Frank with Everything Seasoning Fries – Ruben’s Rubens
  • Whole Hog Roast – From The Ashes
  • Raclette, Sausage, and Potatoes – Jumi Cheese
  • Flaming Mulled Wine – Beltane & Pop
  • Toasted Marshmallow-Topped Hot Chocolate and Banana Bread Toast – Chin Chin
  • Donut Crème Brûlée – Bread Ahead

All in all, it’s definitely one for the foodies. Our videographer Tom said when he visited:

“If you’re a foodie, it’s one of the best Christmas markets you’ll find in the city.”

High praise indeed! So be sure to head down and give it a go yourself.

📍 You’ll find the Tod’s Festive Feast Christmas food market at Outernet London. The nearest station is Tottenham Court Road.
🕰️ Tod’s Festive Feast runs from November 13 to December 28.
