Tickets have gone on sale for Taste of London 2024, the capital’s biggest and longest running food festival which returns for its 20th anniversary. The festival will run this summer from Wednesday 12 to Sunday 16 June in Regents Park.
The five-day festival will see highlights from Japanese Robatayki restaurant Roka, Urban rotisserie and grill restaurant Oblix and Italian Big Mamma Group alongside plenty of newcomers. Tickets range from £38 to £75 and are available here.
There will be more than 120 dishes available, mixing never-before-seen food from London’s latest and greatest chefs. New arrivals to the festival are stylish steakhouse Le Petit Beefbar, The Shard’s Oblix with a range of urban rotisserie and barbecue-inspired dishes and Kolamba showcasing Sri Lankan-style home cooking.
There are also returning fan favorites such as Harrods Chai Wu contemporary Chinese eatery, BBQ and smokehouse specialists Hotbox and long-standing Mayfair hotspot Roka, which is also celebrating 20 years. YOPO at The Mandrake, will showcase the bold flavors of Buenos Aires, Santiago and Lima. Taste will also feature an Italian extravaganza with Big Mamma Group’s beloved Circolo Popolare and Sicilian-inspired favorite Norma, bringing a slice of la dolce vita to the heart of Regent’s Park.
There are plenty of other restaurants that will be added to the lavish lineup that has already been assembled.
But there’s not only food – there’s also a coffee-making masterclass organized by the Università del Caffè. In addition to this, illy will be hosting other courses creating coffee-themed treats such as coffee cocktails, delicious coffee waste desserts and cold brew. Chef Danilo Cortellini will also bring a cooking school with a range of five-star chefs.
Flame-powered BBQ demonstrations are also featured with DJ BBQ and Simon the Butcher at The Taste Fire Pit – making a comeback this year.
Piper-Heidsieck will also bring back its champagne bar and master classes from one of the oldest champagne houses in France. The much-loved tonic Schweppes Cocktail Bar will serve enticing tipples and creative cocktails, all topped with Schweppes.
El Jimador Tequila will be on hand to serve tequila cocktails, including the signature Frozen Tommy’s Margarita. Jack Daniel’s will be participating for the first time, bringing Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey Flavors and taking Taste by storm with the most colorful and coolest cocktails.
