This Adorable Labubu Pop-Up Has Landed In London’s Most Iconic Department Store

If you have kids, love fashion, or frequent comic book shops, you’ve probably stumbled across Labubu; a toothy little elf-like monster brought to life by Hong Kong-born artist and illustrator Kasing Lung. He’s become a viral sensation over the last year, with famous fans like Rihanna, Dua Lipa, and BLACKPINK’s Lisa.

To celebrate and honour this rise in popularity, POP MART, the global leader in designer toys, have brought this beloved character to life with a six-week pop-up at London’s legendary department store Harrods.

Labubu is the breakout star of Lung’s The Monsters series, which draws inspiration from Nordic mythology and European fairytales, blending playful quirks with the notorious darkness found within these stories.

This Harrods event has limited-edition Labubu collectables, including their famed blind boxes (perfect for those who love surprises). This limited-run pop-up also features exclusive releases that’ll have those collectors swooning.

The pop-up has brought Lung’s The Monsters universe to life, giving fans and collectors alike the chance to explore this creative world though an immersive shopping experience. Lung even made a surprise appearance to open the event, giving fans the chance to meet the mastermind who dreamed up this cheeky little critter.

However, there are several POP MART locations dotted around the city if you’re looking to further your fix. In fact, POP MART boasts six other locations in London—including Oxford Street, Westfield Stratford, Soho, and Wembley.

Playful, quirky, and jam-packed with charm, be sure to stop by Harrods and check out this adorable Labubu pop-up before it comes to an end. It’s located on the fourth floor of the iconic department store, available to visit until late April.

You can find Harrods at 87-135 Brompton Rd, London SW1X 7XL. The nearest station is Knightsbridge.
