Captain Kerry deals with the problems of several crew members
Although the crew working with Captain Kerry have been able to overcome some major obstacles together aboard the St. David, There have been major missteps in the last charters of more than one crew member. Captain Kerry has dealt with the drama between Fraser and one of his stews, Barbie Pascual, for several charters without any resolution because they don’t see eye to eye. While Captain Kerry strives to maintain a sense of unity among his crew, there has been tension in the interior team since Cat left the superyacht earlier in the charter season.
Fraser, who seems to have more personal issues with Barbie than work-related issues, has struggled to deal with the issues professionally. Fraser’s strange loyalty to Cat has been clear since the beginning of the year Below decks season 11, but his issues with Barbie had more to do with his attitude towards his co-workers than his actual performance. While the captain deals with one non-performance issue, the other problems he finds on the St. David stem from the poor performance of one of his crew members. In the last charter Chef Anthony could not keep the guests’ eating habits correct, serve one guest who does not eat fish two separate seafood meals instead of preparing suitable alternative meals during dinner service.

While Chef has underperformed in recent drafts, he has made smaller, smaller mistakes throughout the season.
