The much-anticipated Oasis reunion tour has been a hot topic, not just for the reunion itself, but for the controversy surrounding ticket prices. Many fans were left disappointed as “dynamic pricing” saw ticket costs soar by over £200, leading to widespread complaints and a government inquiry.
Despite the backlash, all 17 shows on the Oasis Live ’25 Tour sold out within hours. This will be the first time Noel and Liam Gallagher have shared the stage since 2009.
Many fans missed out on tickets, but there’s still a chance to catch some iconic artists performing in London next year. For those who couldn’t secure a seat at the Oasis shows, here’s a guide to the best concerts happening in 2025.
Dua Lipa
The British-Albanian pop star will headline two shows at Wembley Stadium. These will be her biggest UK appearances to date.
These concerts are scheduled for the 20th and 21st of June and conclude her Radical optimism tour, with hits like ‘Houdini’ and ‘Training Season’. She will perform songs from her album of the same name, as well as other hits such as “Dance The Night” and “Don’t Start Now”.
This will be Dua Lipas first time playing a stadium in the UK, with standing tickets still available for £213.40 on Live Nation. Resale options are also available for fans who want to participate.
Billie Eilish
Billie Eilish will bring her world tour to London’s The O2 Arena, with six dates in July 2025. The tour, promoting her upcoming album Hit Me Hard And Soft, will emphasize sustainability, reflecting Eilish’s commitment to environmental issues.
James Blunt
Celebrating 20 years of his hit album Back to BedlamJames Blunt will be touring venues across the UK, concluding with a show at The O2 Arena in London on February 16. That’s right, it’s been 20 years since the Hampshire artist released You’re Beautiful.
The tour promises a full performance of his debut album, along with other fan favourites. Blunt will play five shows in the UK, starting in Belfast on February 11.
Although tickets are sold out on Ticketmaster, The O2 is still offering seated tickets from £49.10 to £123.75.
Snow Patrol
Snow Patrol have announced their long-awaited return to the UK, with a headline show at The O2 on February 15. This has coincided with the release of their new album The Forest Is The Path, which is the Northern Irish band’s first in six years.
The new album will be released next Friday, September 13th. The Forest Is The Path is rooted in reflection, introspection and questioning.
Seated tickets only are available via the O2 website. Prices start at £70.20.
Cyndi Lauper
Cyndi Lauper has announced the UK leg of her Girls Just Wanna Have Fun farewell tour, with a stop at London’s The O2 on February 11. This is her first major tour in over a decade, and promises a nostalgic experience for fans.
The tour will also feature special guests, who have yet to be announced. The American pop star will also perform in Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow and Belfast.
Tickets are still available via Ticketmaster and The O2’s website. Prices range from £66.35 to £144.10.
