Taylor Swift fans in the UK are no doubt waiting for the star to make her triumphant return to Wembley Stadium in August. When she does, she’ll be playing five massive, sold-out shows to more than 90,000 people a night.

With that in mind, it might be a good time to stock up on your Taylor Swift records. And, what better way to do that, than with her latest entry, The Tortured Poets Department?

The record, which was released in April of this year, includes some incredible songs, including The Manuscript, Fortnight, Black Dog and I Can Do It With a Broken Heart. Since its release, the album has been certified platinum around the world, including 2x Platinum in New Zealand.

Now, the vinyl version of The Tortured Poets Department has just had its price slashed on Amazon UK. The album’s original price sat at £44.97, but now, it’s received a generous 12 percent discount bringing it down to less than £40.

This is one of the best discounts the record has received from Amazon. It previously reached a low of £34. You can buy the record using the link below:

The Tortured Poets Department is Taylor’s first album since her tenth entry, Midnights, hit streaming services back in 2022. And when it did arrive, it went straight to the top of the Billboard 200, shifting more than 2.6 million units in the first week. On top of that, its songs made Taylor the first artist to achieve the top 14 positions on the Billboard Hot 100, with Fortnight at the top.

This deal of course comes to light just as the upcoming Amazon Prime Day is about to kick off, from July 16-17, 2024. You can find more information about the exciting deals below:

Free Amazon Prime membership

Fancy free takeaway delivery? Access to Deliveroo Plus is one of a host of advantages of Amazon Prime membership, including exclusive Prime Day discounts and perks on Hello Fresh, music, books and Prime Video. Usually £8.99 a month, you can now get a 30-day free trial to get access to the latest deals.

Of course, if you’d rather not use Amazon for your purchase, there are plenty of other music outlets keen to sell the album to you. Including hmv. Here’s the link you need:

The Tortured Poets Department is also featured heavily in Taylor’s ongoing Eras Tour, which is just a few weeks away from coming to an end in the UK. On August 15, 2024, Swifties will be gifted with five more shows at London’s Wembley Stadium. And, thankfully, you can still get tickets to the shows right now.

How to buy Taylor Swift tickets for Eras Tour now

Although tickets for the Eras Tour were first released back in 2023 (and subsequently sold out very quickly) there is still a way to get more right now.

By looking on resale websites such as viagogo and Vivid Seats, fans can track down their ideal tickets for the Eras Tour. With that said, they may be a little more expensive than you’re expecting.

Here’s the links you need:

Sites such as Viagogo and Vivid Seats allow fans to buy resale tickets from other fans. However, it is important to note that many event promoters say tickets should not be resold after initial purchase and will not be valid for admittance to gigs.

Fans attending live events with tickets acquired through resale websites are advised to double check the ticket terms and conditions at the point of sale – such as Ticketmaster or Live Nation – to ensure a smooth live event experience. Tickets could be voided if they were found to be bought second-hand. As a result, fans are buying at their own risk.

With that said, viagogo also commented: “viagogo is a regulated marketplace where fans have the guarantee.”
