Bespoke Hotels has strengthened its UK portfolio by signing two new management contracts.
The UK’s largest independent hotel group has expanded its roster to include the Green House Hotel in Bournemouth and the Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel and Spa in Wales.
This announcement follows Bespoke Hotels’ previous plans to open Hotel Gotham Newcastle, Hotel Gotham Bristol and Bailiffgate Hotel in Alnwick earlier this year.
The Green House Hotel is a Grade II listed Victorian villa with 32 bedrooms, while the Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel and Spa has 44 bedrooms and is set in 50 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Guests at Cwrt Bleddyn have access to many facilities including a large indoor swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, courtyard and Cwrtium day spa.
Thomas Greenall, CEO of Bespoke Hotels, said: “I am thrilled to welcome two fantastic properties to the Bespoke family. The hotels perfectly complement our commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and unforgettable experiences.
“We are confident that our proven track record of success combined with the unique strengths of these properties will create exceptional value for guests and owners alike.”
Founded in 2000, Bespoke Hotels has become a major player in the restaurant industry. It represents almost 250 properties, of which more than 70 are independent companies.
