Sticks’n’Sushi names Simon Gaske as Marketing Director

Danish and Japan’s restaurant group Stick’n’sushi, which has 30 seats in the United Kingdom, Denmark and Germany, has appointed Simon Gaske as Marketing Director.

With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Simon Gaske brings extensive commercial expertise to Stick’n’sushi. He works closely with CEO Andreas Karlsson as the group continues to expand.

Simon Gaske monitors the brand strategy, develops and implements comprehensive marketing campaigns, drives growth and ensures a uniform approach between departments, focusing heavily on improving guest commitment.

Simon Gaske joins Sticks’n’sushi in two years as a commercial director of the ETM group, where he monitored sales, digital, marketing and pricing. Previously, he served as a technical start -up and Sales Director of the StoneGate Group, a last -minute restaurant booking at AMBL.

Andreas Karlsson, CEO of Sticks’n’sushi, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Simon to the Sticks’n’sushi family with the traditional ‘Irasshaimase’! He has already embedded himself in the brand’s 30 -year legacy and explores our Denmark roots in Copenhagen. Simon Gaske, CMO Sticks’n’sushi, added, “It’s an exciting time to join Sticks’n’sushi. The brand has a unique mix of Japanese handicraft and Danish creativity, and I look forward to building this legacy to create fresh, interesting experiences for our guests. I focus on pursuing innovation, raising storytelling and strengthening our position in the market. “

In Copenhagen in 1994, half dances, half -Japanese brothers Jens and Kim Rahbek, together with Thor Andersen, Sticks’n’sushi has expanded to 12 restaurants in and around Danish capital, 15 in the United Kingdom and three Berlin, Germany. Its British -Britain seats include Battersea, Islington, Wimbledon, Covent Garden, Greenwich, Canary Wharf, Victoria, King’s Road, Soho, White City, Shoreditch, Kingston, Richmond, Oxford and Cambridge.
