Shoppers have been praising an upscale set of cool white bed sheets that is leaving sleepers feeling refreshed after a sweat-free night’s sleep. The Panda Signature+ Bamboo Lyocell Bedding has already garnered a big fan base, with Londoners loving its clever body cooling capabilities.

According to Panda, the bedsheets have been carefully curated to deliver the perfect balance of comfort and functionality. “Soft as five-star hotel sheets”, shoppers have called the set “an excellent product” comparing them to upscale bedding from the likes of John Lewis and Marks and Spencer.

Made from bamboo, the bedding sets from Panda are also hypoallergenic, making them suitable for sleepers with sensitive skin or allergies like eczema or hay fever. They also have clever natural antimicrobial properties built in, meaning you can sleep soundly without having to worry about unwanted bacteria or dust mites, ensuring a clean and healthy sleeping environment every time.

The cleverly crafted construction of the Panda bedding is also touted to help skin breathe, leading to fewer acne breakouts on the face, neck and shoulders. For those who struggle with night sweats, the bamboo moisture-wicking properties helps pull sweat away from the skin to keep you comfortable all night.

The non-absorbent, anti-static and odour-resistant bedding has proven to be a big hit with homeowners who appreciate the value of waking up looking and feeling fresh as a daisy. The soft fabric will not only keep you cool, it also works wonders for frizzy hair, preventing any hair breakage and tangles so you can wake up with a good hair day every day.

As a brand, Panda has a planet-friendly heart. This means that a good night’s sleep doesn’t mean you need to compromise on being as eco-friendly as possible.

The super-soft bedding rivals offerings from Marks and Spencer

With 243 reviews, the upscale bedding set has managed to achieve 4.4 out of five stars with most shoppers delighted with the Panda bedding despite the higher price tag. One shopper said: “This is an excellent product. You get what you pay for and can highly recommend spending the extra on this bedding. A great night’s sleep as we have now brought the quilt. So comfortable and soft.”

A second referred to them as being “So incredibly soft and comfortable” adding that the sheet sets “has helped my son to sleep a lot better. He has severe eczema and struggles at night but this has made a big difference. Thank you.”

A third shopper who was impressed with how well the sheets helped to control their body temperature at night said: “I’m at the age now where night sweats are common, and this is the best bedding I’ve found that doesn’t add to the overheating! The bedding is very smooth, and as such the pillowcases do gape open – if these had the same openings in the middle at the back like the French linen bedding the pillows would look a lot neater when the bed is made. However, this is a minor gripe compared to the better sleep and extreme comfort from the lovely soft bedding. I would fully recommend this, and it is suitable all year round.”

Ironically, it is the same soft, luxurious feel and super soft construction that has caused some shoppers to feel slightly disappointed with their purchase. Speaking about the fact that the sheets slide around at night, one shopper said: “Love the feel of the bedding – it’s cool and very luxurious. As someone who suffers from night sweats, I bought it to help with that. The bedding does dry quicker than traditional cotton sheets but doesn’t aid the prevention of sweating (it’s clearly not a heat thing with me!). At low levels of sweating, it is less likely to wake you up.

“The one negative is that the sheet scrunches up very quickly after a night or two of sleeping (again, it may be worse for me as I clearly don’t stay still in my sleep), and the duvet does have a tendency to slide around in the cover more than what it would in a cotton equivalent. I’m pleased I bought it but I’m not sure it’s worth the significant jump in price.”

Available in a choice of Forest Green and Pebble Cream Bedding, sleep lovers can snap up a full set from £130. It is worth noting that the Panda sheets are quite expensive and for shoppers looking for a more budget-friendly option, M&S has a number of bamboo sheets for less, as does Amazon.
