Ottolenghi is scheduled to launch a new restaurant in Richmond, London at the end of the month, and has a wide private dining and job meal service menu.
This follows the successful planning permission of the restaurant group to open DELI in January 2024, with an estimated up to £ 2 million.
Ottolenghi Richmond marks the 11th location of the restaurant group, which is part of a rapid expansion period after recent openings in Bicester Village, Oxfordshire and Geneva.
The menu features a selection of customized Richmond-inspired foods such as Ottolenghi Shakshuka, which has smoked labneh and grilled Focaccia, charcoal grilled broccoli with chili and garlic, and roasted egg training with Caponata and Herby Cashew Cream.
The restaurant also offers a wide catering menu that is perfect for both private dining and work events that are available for pre-order or deliver through Slerp and Delivero.
In recent years, Ottolenghi has hinted at its efforts to strengthen its business on the food side, targeting both B2B and B2C customers to London.
Last year, the group expanded their event services to Cotswolds and Oxfordshire after opening the Bicester Village site.
The menu includes a variety of objects such as salads, breakfast plates, cakes, pastries, sweet and salty chicken and even full dinners.
Ottolenghi Richmond was designed by long-time partner Alex Meiitlis, who has also designed every Ottolengh location in London, together with the recently Ottolenghi restaurant in Geneva.
Yotam Ottolenghi said, “It took longer than expected, but we are finally here! In the lava Richmond, the happiest residence in London, I hear. I love walking along the river in the summer, and I can’t expect to be here in all seasons, get to know the local crowd and feed them seriously delicious salads and cakes. “
Ottolenghi Richmond is expected to open on 26 February.
Founded by Yotam Ottolengh and Sami Tamim in 2002, the first Ottolenghi restaurant opened at London’s Notting Hill.
