Next month, Nomad London will open twenty 8 Nomad restaurants inspired by New York, which will take over the old atrium site.
In the heart of Covent Garden’s Bow Street, the restaurant in the Nomad London 91 bedroom hotel is led by Bryce Shuman, a culinary leader.
The dishes vary from the flat-fashioned baking sheets of the grilled from a small Italian recipe and Crudités, inspired by the Union Square Greenmarket early in the morning, a truffle and foie grasp-les to the chicken vest, which is first served in the front post of New York.
The restaurant complements its menu with a cocktail list, which has inspired the laptop of New York, including the signature Martini menu.
Michael Yates formerly dominated the position of the culinary leader now occupied by Bryce Shuman.
