At the restaurant, Nima Safeii is preparing to open her third London dining room, 27 Old Compton Street, next month.
The SOHO restaurant, which was set on March 24, serves Italian dishes inspired by the country’s casual eateries known as ‘Tavola calda’ or ‘hot table’.
The new restaurant will be about two years after the founder and main chef Nima Safeii released 64 Dean Street, which has been operating since 2009, on the flagship of the 64 Old Compton Street Street.
His latest front mail has inspired the Italian tradition to collect tall tables, enjoying fresh pasta and a glass of wine in a bowl.
The menu contains foods such as rgatona Amatriana with pancetta and chillies, pumpkin, ricotta and sage ravioli, gnocchi with a Cavolo genius and pesto and a pea rotting with wide beans and asparagus.
These dishes can be combined with Italian wines and cocktails, including Amalfi Citrusy Martini and Pomodoro Piccante, an Italian twist to classic Bloody Mary.
The restaurant has 30 covers that are divided into two floors and only works in walking practice.
