The Cookie Cloud Cup
The Cookie Cloud Cups are as cute as they sound, which is probably why they’ve been all over our socials for the past few weeks. Each cup is a carefully constructed, starting with the crunchy wafer cup itself, which, according to our videographer Tom, who recently paid a visit, tastes exactly like a classic ice cream cone. Inside, you’ll find a generous layer of creamy mascarpone cheesea splash of coffee and your chosen flavour.
The current menu includes options like tiramisu, pistachio, pumpkinand ube. Once the layers are set, the cup is topped with corresponding flavour drizzles, a swirl of whipped creamand sometimes an extra drizzle for good measure.
The best way to enjoy it? Take a spoonful of the coffee and mascarpone mixture before you go for the crunch of the edible cup. The pistachio and tiramisu flavours are firm favourites, offering a perfect balance of sweet and creamy textures.
