The Village Hotel Club has strengthened its management team with three new meetings to promote its growth strategy.

Paul Roberts, a former CFO, now serves as the company’s first operational director (COO). Matthew Ward has been named CFO (CFO), while Jon Davis takes on the role of technology leader (CTO).

As COO, Roberts is responsible for designing the company’s vision, strategic framework, systems, efficiency and endurance while ensuring harmonization between commercial, operational and foreign experience groups.

As a Sister Director, Ward monitors economic activities and cooperates with the senior management team to support the company’s growth strategy.

As a CTO, Davis leads the village technology strategy, monitoring both internal and customer -specific systems to improve the guest experience.

Gary Davis, CEO of Village Hotel Club, said: “Strong leadership is still key to providing exceptional guests and member experiences and the long -term village’s long -term success. I look forward to Paul to improve operational excellence in his new role, while Matthew and Jon bring a lot of experience.

“Today, I believe that we have one of the best teams in the industry that can lead the next phase of the exciting growth path of the village. This sees us to acquire and change new sites, continue to develop the customer proposal and deliver the best practices to Cement Village to be one of the most interesting brands in the Kingdom and the free -time brands.”

At the same time, the expansion of leadership hits the company’s preparation of an £ 82 million rehabilitation program, which aims to upgrade existing funds at the first stage of investment.
