Individual restaurants have appointed Neve Rabbou’s Group Sales and Marketing Director to bring him to the board. This name is part of strategic parents’ salary over the last 12 months.
The announcement follows a 32-strong restaurant group report on a record selling in the Christmas season, and total sales increased by 14% in December four weeks. Sales reached the milestone on December 13th.
Rabbou brings more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, including eight years in government level roles, where he led some of the most prominent brands in the industry through significant growth and change. His previous roles include tasks in Busaba and Le Pain Quotidien, where he worked for both companies in the world market.
As a Group Sales and Marketing Director, Rabbou monitors the Group’s current restaurant brand product, including Piccolino, Restaurant Bar and Grill and Riva Blu. His responsibilities also include identifying new growth and franchise opportunities and launching new brand concepts. In addition, his role covers guest experience, loyalty and broader marketing function.
This name takes place during the growth time of the restaurant group because it intends to launch new brand proposals, expand its portfolio and write new markets. Rabbou’s expertise in business change will help the group through its expansion and growth initiatives.

Under the leadership of CEO Andrew Garton, the company has continued its success, reaching a record turnover of £ 74 million for the financial year ending in March 2024. This success has been led by strategic investments in its portfolio and significant new gaps south south of England.
The name of Rabbou will follow several strategic tenants and promotions made by Garton in 2024 to strengthen the group’s board. These include David Carroll’s promotion to the corporate manager, Mark Window group for group chief chefs and Selena Green for commercial and insights, which reflects Garton’s focus on transforming business into a data and insight -based organization.
