Individual restaurants have appointed Neve Rabbou’s Group Sales and Marketing Director to bring him to the board. This name is part of strategic parents’ salary over the last 12 months.

The announcement follows a 32-strong restaurant group report on a record selling in the Christmas season, and total sales increased by 14% in December four weeks. Sales reached the milestone on December 13th.

Rabbou brings more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, including eight years in government level roles, where he led some of the most prominent brands in the industry through significant growth and change. His previous roles include tasks in Busaba and Le Pain Quotidien, where he worked for both companies in the world market.

As a Group Sales and Marketing Director, Rabbou monitors the Group’s current restaurant brand product, including Piccolino, Restaurant Bar and Grill and Riva Blu. His responsibilities also include identifying new growth and franchise opportunities and launching new brand concepts. In addition, his role covers guest experience, loyalty and broader marketing function.

This name takes place during the growth time of the restaurant group because it intends to launch new brand proposals, expand its portfolio and write new markets. Rabbou’s expertise in business change will help the group through its expansion and growth initiatives.

Rabbou commented in his new role: “I am excited to join individual restaurants during the exciting growth and investment period after a business milestone year in 2024. ”

Under the leadership of CEO Andrew Garton, the company has continued its success, reaching a record turnover of £ 74 million for the financial year ending in March 2024. This success has been led by strategic investments in its portfolio and significant new gaps south south of England.

The name of Rabbou will follow several strategic tenants and promotions made by Garton in 2024 to strengthen the group’s board. These include David Carroll’s promotion to the corporate manager, Mark Window group for group chief chefs and Selena Green for commercial and insights, which reflects Garton’s focus on transforming business into a data and insight -based organization.

Garton said, “Neve brings an impressive background from expanding and change to individual restaurants to an interesting company.”

“We have ambitious plans to expand to new markets worldwide, introduce new dining concepts in our portfolio and invest in new places and Neve’s experience, complemented by a strong parent management team, supports us in a better and greater business in 2025.”

Business Director David Carroll added; “In recent years, we have grown and developed considerably by prioritizing investments in both nuclear and people. We have built a company that sets people at the core of our culture and by using time to build our culture and people’s proposal, we have developed a strong team that has led us to be recognized as the best jobs during Sunday. As the latest addition to Neve, our leadership will help us continue to build the most talented hospitality group in the industry and we are looking forward to continuing to invest in business and team in 2025. “
