In the world of holiday rentals, Edinburgh-based company mySTAYINN is making big strides.

With an experienced team, various custom software and over 10 different third-party technologies at their disposalthe company is focused on seamlessly integrating technology to ensure every aspect runs smoothly, as well as remaining committed to a holistic and customer-centric approach.

The rise of mySTAYINN

Although mySTAYINN was founded in 2022, the history goes back over a decade.

This amalgamation of empathy, technical expertise and passion to improve the working conditions of the staff laid the foundation for mySTAYINN.

The missing piece of the puzzle was a business partner who shared Pav’s vision and a strong passion for the short-term rental industry, which Pav later found, and together they shaped the vision for mySTAYINN.

Vision for a better tomorrow

mySTAYINN’s core vision is simple: to achieve equal satisfaction among customers, staff and customers. The company is keen to revolutionize the hospitality industry and show that it is possible for everyone to be safe, compliant and happy – all at the same time.

A continued journey

mySTAYINN is now one of the fastest growing short term rental companies in the UK. Within just six months, it outperformed previous years by a staggering 60%, and it maintains a minimum 10% return and a minimum 20% ROI across the entire portfolio*.

Looking towards a bright future

With over 200 listings in its portfolio already, mySTAYINN has its sights set on continued growth and development, aiming to reach its ambitious goal of 2,000 listings by 2027.

To help achieve this goal, the brand not only makes the best of third-party technology, but creates its own options.

This includes the newly created app.mystayinn.com channel manager, which provides a unified inbox to centralize all requests from different platforms, and has a unified booking and revenue calendar. The platform also offers an effective reporting tool, which means that all customers have access to monthly reports that give them a clear picture of how their property is performing.

Not to mention, the mySTAYINN Guest Guidebook, which aims to improve the overall guest experience before, during and after their stay. One of the main advantages of this platform is that it even works offline, giving guests uninterrupted access to important information and resources.

Armed with adreams of a brighter future for the hospitality industry,mySTAYINN is taking great steps to achieve this.To find out more, visit join.mystayinn.com

The value of investments can fall as well as rise, which could mean you get back less than you originally put in. Past results are no guarantee of future results. Therefore, before deciding to invest, you should consult an independent financial advisor to better understand the risks involved and whether such an investment is right for you.
