The Gordon Ramsay Restaurant Group has filed a license application for the London Mayfair Le Gavroche, which aims to take a well -known location.

According to documents submitted to the Westminster Council, the Union Street Café filed an application for the license transfer on February 6.

The Union Street Café is the name of the Gordon Ramsay restaurant, which also maintains Gordon Ramsay Street, Gordon Ramsay Street Burger, Lucky Cat and Bray Street Kitchen.

It was also the name of the independent Gordon Ramsay restaurant in London, which was launched in 2013. During the pandemic, it was replaced by another Gordon Ramsay brand.

Michel Roux announced the closure of Le Gavroche in September 2023, when the restaurant served its last meal in January 2024.

It seems that Gordon Ramsay returns to the site at which he worked at an early stage under his career Albert Roux.

In recent months, Ramsay has expanded its Restaurant empire, launching its most ambitious project in the heart of London.

Just last week, Ramsay opened two restaurants, a bar and a cook school at 22 Bishopsgate, the highest building in the city of London.

The project is the focus of the future Netflix documentary series that follows Ramsaya in the opening ceremony.

Lucky Cat, the fourth location of the Asian restaurant concept, inspired by Asian, has opened the building on the 60th floor alongside the Lucky Cat Bar event. In addition, a 12-seater chef table, Gordon Ramsay High, a restaurant, respecting the original Chelsea, Gordon Ramsay, which has maintained three Michelin stars for 23 years.
