Pine Cliffs in the Luxury Collection in Algarve will be happy to announce the restoration of a highly anticipated chef’s table event in April and May, promising the exclusive culinary journey, celebrating the finest flavors of the area, led by well-known Michelin star chefs.
4th The edition of this unique gastronomic experience invites guests to enjoy intimate gourmet excellence. Four Michelin-starred chefs are creating an unforgettable multi-food dining experience with each dining plate, which is expertly paired with exceptional Portuguese wines to raise a dining trip. Focusing on locally obtained ingredients, the menu is heavily designed to present Algarve’s rich culinary heritage, mixing modern techniques with traditional Portuguese influences.
Mimo Algarve will have four dinners throughout April and May.

Friday 11th April – Chef Rodrigo Castelowhich owns a special fish restaurant óbalcão is internationally recognized with one Michelin star. Chef Rodrigo presents effective survivors and visited food technology through his artistic culinary creations.
Friday 25th April – Chef Ricardo Costa, The main chef of the highly respected Yatman Hotel in Porton Yatman in 2010 will present the best of the country’s products through his traditional recipes, which earned him two Michelin stars.
Friday 9th May – Chef Vasco Coelho Santos Who conducts One Michelin Star Restaurant in Porto, Euskalduna studio, introduces its Innovation Culinary Concept, where customers are invited to follow all stages of preparation as they observe and interact during experience, giving a personal and special evening.
Friday 23rd May – Chef Rui Paulawho has been present in all previous editions reveals the originality of the evening through the surprising modern flavors, textures, aromas and colors of his Casa de Chá da boa nova (two Michelin stars). His unique merger combinations reveal his curiosity of his production around the world, which raised his family, inspired by women, to cook.

In order for more guests to enjoy the finest Portuguese cuisine that has been presented by well -known chefs in this series, all guests can enjoy the dish that has been created after dinner, which has been advertised for dinner at the O Pescador restaurant.
Chef’s table dinners start at 8pm and include a welcome cocktail arrival. Dinners are available € 195 per person, including wines and are limited to 21 people.
