Pop icon Daniel Bedingfield has just announced his return to the UK scene. The singer will embark on a highly anticipated tour this year, his first since 2005.
As 2024 marks the 22nd anniversary of his debut album ‘Gotta Get Thru This’, the tour will be a tribute to the Kiwi-born artist’s chart toppers that have tracked millions. He will be playing at the London Palladium on Tuesday 23rd April.
Tickets go on sale on Friday (January 26) – you can buy them on Ticketmaster. From heart ballads to dance floor grooves Bedingfield’s musical journey has spanned two decades, fans will have the chance to experience these epic songs live once again.
After the multi-platinum award-winning singer, songwriter and record producer revealed the news on Instagram, users were quick to share their thoughts. One very excited person commented: “I’ve been waiting for this omggggg!!!!!!!!!!”
“Yay!!! So damn exciting!!!” another added, while a third said: “Oh my god I can’t wait, my husband took me to his concert 21 years ago for our first date. He sadly passed away 4 years ago but I will be there because his music gives back so many wonderful memories for me.”
Bedingfield’s debut album and Grammy-nominated single, “Gotta Get Thru This,” is what really exposed him to the public. As well as helping push garage into the mainstream, Daniel has since produced numerous hit singles including ‘If You’re Not The One’, ‘Never Gonna Leave Your Side’, ‘Nothing Hurts like Love’ and ‘James Dean’.
