Thomas Kochs is named CEO of Claridge’s, Claridge’s, London.
Kochs has been Corinthia London’s CEO of London since 2017 and has previously played the same role in Hotel Café Royal.
He returns to the hotel earlier when it is its CEO from 2009 to 2015.
He has also worked in Berkeley and Connaugh – and part of Claridge’s luxury of the parent company in Maybourne – and is currently a Gold Service Scholarship Advocate.
Kochs said, “I look forward to combining with the hotel and colleagues who are very dear to my heart and direct Claridge, beloved and respected hotel, the next chapter of its prestigious history. I am also particularly proud to be in Maybourne when it arrives in dynamic global growth and expansion.”

Kochs’ name follows the completion of the Claridge seven-year renovation and restoration project, which presented several new additions, including spa, roof swimming pool, art gallery, café and three additional floors with 72 new suites.
Maybourne has a collection of luxury properties, including Claridge’s, The Connaugh, Berkeley, The Emory, Maybourne Beverly Hills and Maybourne Riviera.
