He asked Xand and Paris Field if they could check in, and when Nick explained that the primary didn’t want oil on his plate, Fraser was furious at the idea that the chef wouldn’t use a different garnish. “Oh my God, what a disaster” Fraser muttered to himself as he left the kitchen behind.

Below Deck’s Paris Field Calls Chef Nick ‘Weird’
While Fraser may think Chef Nick’s skills are poor, Stew Paris found his behavior odd. “Nick’s Weird as Ass” Paris explained after Nick had commented on the amount of mayo she put on the wrap. “If I want to eat it, I’ll kick my ass and run around. Trust me, bro. I’ll burn calories.” Even though Nick and Paris’ interaction seemed like a joke in the moment, it was clear Nick crossed the line by lifting Paris’ weight. His tendency to discuss what he should or shouldn’t eat is a major red flag for a chef.
Although Nick was brought in to make things easier Below decks crew for season 11, it’s clear that her demeanor hasn’t rubbed people the wrong way since the beginning of her tenure at St. David’s. Having worked as a chef for over 20 years, Nick has enough experience to interact with superyacht crew. Instead of breaking boundaries and commenting on more personal things like her body, Nick should continue his work and remain professional whenever possible. He should already know how to behave on a superyacht at his level of experience.
