The incident happened near Brent Cross Shopping Centre just after 9.30am today (April 14), as reported by our sister title London Now.

Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a man stabbed.

He was rushed to hospital for treatment where his condition is unknown at this stage.

No arrests have been made at this time.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “Police remain in the area, with support from the National Police Air Service, and are working to locate a suspect who was seen leaving the scene.

“It is believed to be an isolated incident.

“Anyone who witnessed the altercation or has information is asked to contact police on 101, quoting CAD 1959/14APR or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.”

This is a breaking news story. More to follow.
