Beauty fans are rushing to get their hands on a ‘game changing’ face cream that promises to control oiliness, tighten pores and tackle breakouts all in one go. The Nip + Fab Salicylic Acid Fix Face Moisturiser has been dubbed a ‘blessing in a bottle’ by impressed Amazon shoppers – and it’s currently half price, down from £19.91 to just £10.

However, if you plan to use it frequently, you can save more money by signing up to an Amazon subscription, which makes it cost £9. You can set it between two weeks and six months as well. The cream is cheaper on Amazon than Sainsburys (£20) and Ocado (£19.95) even without the deal.

Salicylic Acid helps unplug your skin pores and shrinks spots, as well as loosening dry and scaly skin so you can remove it in a wash. This will help your skin look plump, moisturised and smooth.

The lightweight cream – which also targets the signs of aging – currently has a 4.5 from 380 ratings on Amazon and 4.7 on Sainsbury’s. One happy customer shared: “Fantastic moisturiser. I actually bought this for my teenage daughter, however one day I just reached for it and I’ve been sold ever since! I have combination skin and have always found that no matter what I have used, by the end of the day I am shiny and my makeup has slid off – but using this I don’t have that problem! I love nip fab products anyway so this is another addition to my arsenal!”

Another fan penned: “I always have a hard time finding a cream for my asphyxiated skin. After only four days of use, I saw a marked improvement. Purified skin and reduced pores.” A third person commented: “Wonderful face cream that has sorted problem breakouts without leaving my skin dry. Important to follow instructions to only use at night as salicylic acid makes skin more susceptible to harmful UV rays if used during the day.”

And another person added: “I can’t normally be bothered to write reviews but I just have to for this little blessing in a bottle. I’ve been dealing with severe greasy skin for a few years now to the point where nothing could keep my makeup on for longer than a few hours.”

A few shoppers found the moisturiser a bit too drying for their skin. However, others said it ‘helped keep skin fresh throughout the day’. One shared: “It doesn’t leave your skin feeling greasy and it gives a matte look that lasts quite a while. The bottle is a little smaller than I originally thought it would be but I did purchase it again later on once I ran out as it was the only one that helped keep my skin fresh through the day.”

Another shopper noted: “I had high hopes after reading the reviews on here, that this could be answer to my oily skin. Firstly I didn’t realise it was a night time moisturiser. Which is a little strange as I don’t really care if at night my skin is oily as no one can see the oil slick. So can’t really see the point in this product as it’s surely intended to be worn to stop oil in the day? Confusing. So now I’ve tried wearing it at night after cleansing so see the point of it. Literally within 10 minutes my skin is super oily after applying this. Worse than ever. So now I really am scratching my head in confusion what is the point of this product? Back to drawing board as they say. As this does nothing but make your skin extra oily.”

You can get the Nip + Fab Salicylic Acid Fix Face 40ml Moisturiser for £10 in a limited time Amazon deal. Or, The Ordinary’s Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA also promises to deliver non-greasy hydration and costs £6.10 at Boots.
