A weighted blanket that shoppers are raving about as “life-changing” is now available at a discounted price on Amazon. Brentford’s Weighted Blanket, Amazon‘s number one bestseller, has received rave reviews with over 15,000 satisfied customers giving it a five star rating.
Normally priced at £51.99, it’s now on sale for just £23.99 and comes in three color options – beautiful blush pink, navy blue (now sold out) and silver gray and three different sizes too. The science behind weighted blankets suggests they help initiate your body’s “sleep mode” by easing anxiety, reducing heart rate and slowing breathing to help you sleep better, Penn Medicine explained. This is thought to be due to the comforting feeling of being hugged, wrapped or held.
