A good eating attempt has officially opened a new restaurant, Orangery, London on Tottenham Court Road. The largest locally located hydroponic space in London, the orange orange, is built around Hyper -Local products, modern British menu and farm table practices that provide an innovative dining experience.

In collaboration with Square Mile Farms and commitment, Hyper local products are designed to bring environmentally friendly practices to the front of the London eateries by providing a dining trip that defends British heritage, modern flavors and hydroponic cultivation techniques.

By mixing advanced hydroponic technology with vertical cultivation techniques, the orange state reaches a harvest of 1.1 hectares of traditional farmland, indicating a more durable and space -efficient approach in urban agriculture. This approach does not only concern the challenges of growing food production in growing cities, but also shows the scalable model for the future of global cultivation.

The main features of the hydroponic farm:
• Water efficient – use up to 90% less water than traditional cultivation methods.
• Cultivated 35,000 vertical cultivation with a vegetation – corresponds to a 1.1 hectare of traditional farm, 70%of products used in an orange restaurant.
• Faster growth – plants grow faster due to precise control of nutrients and growth conditions.
• Nutritional water circulation – ensures optimal plant health by supplying essential minerals directly to the roots.
• LED lighting – provides a uniform light that allows the farm’s fresh ingredients 365 days a year.

The product of a hydroponic farm on site forms the basis for the ever -evolving seasonal nature and ensures a real farm and table meal. Focusing on quality, the restaurant starts from the finest British products, Premium meat and fresh seafood to artisan cheeses and inheritance. The result is a menu that mixes modern techniques with the depth and nature of British food.
The restaurant’s walls show blooming plants, while the chef’s table located in the hydroponic farm down floor of the down floor provides a unique private dining experience where guests can enjoy a customized tasting menu surrounded by products on their plate.

• Purvi and salot tart, Farm Cavolo genius and crisp herb oil
• Herefordshire beef, fried celery, farm enjoyment
• Scottish Halibut, Farm Chard & Sea Herb Butter
• Northern Pasta Co. Radiatori, Organic Seed Farm Pesto & Lincolnshire Puran

Good eating attempt Alex Kristall, CEO, said: “This is an interesting step in growth in London, we are looking forward to serving an exceptional dining experience for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

In addition to being an unparalleled dining experience, orange is deeply committed to community -led initiatives. As part of its social responsibility, the restaurant is actively leading education trips to local KS1 schools, universities and universities, inspiring the next generation of the importance of environmental conscious food practices. Although 70% of the farm’s fresh products supply the restaurant, the rest will be donated monthly to schools, communities and charities through Camden.

The Orangery farm also offers local training events such as gardening clubs, community hundreds and seminars for urban cultivation. Not only do these actions have a positive impact on local communities, but also harmonize the wider task of a good eating attempt to improve the health of people, society and planet.
