2. Rage Out, Maidstone
You can Rage Out for 30-minutes in a destructively therapeutic experience. With a choice between hammers, baseball bats and crowbars – you can then pick an appropriate soundtrack by choosing from Rage Out’s personally curated playlist or play your own playlist and release your built-up stress!
You can break a variety of items like bottles, plates, DVD players, kettles, speakers and all type of shiny objects!

3. Urban Xtreme, Colchester
This rage room is the first of it’s kind in Essex. Aside of being able to unleash your pent-up frustrations, they also have a coffee shop which is a great place to watch the live entertainment. The best part is that participants don’t have to be 18 and above to engage in the activity. There’s options where participants aged between 8-13 throw items against the wall in the rage room and participants aged between 13-17 can also take part in the smashing but with restrictions on the tools they can use within the rage room.
