Perfect plates made from scratch at the new spot from the Casa Fofó team
Opened in April 2025, Bianca’s is the latest restaurant from chef Adolfo De Cecco and his partner Paola Albanese, the duo behind Michelin-starred Casa Fofó in Dalston. Located on Stoke Newington Road, in a nice bright corner site that used to be a Turkish travel agency, it’s a lovely space, with a handful of tables, shelves stocked with books and produce, and an open kitchen with counter seating. While more casual than Casa Fofó, Adolfo and his team are still cooking some seriously accomplished dishes here, and they make as much as they can from scratch in-house – everything from the charcuterie and bread to fresh cheese, pasta, and even kombucha.
Eat This
Bianca’s is rooted in the osteria tradition and Adolfo’s Italian heritage but takes a more global and instinctive approach to the menu. Although the menu changes pretty regularly, there are always four snacks, starters and large plates, as well as two desserts.
We got all the snacks including the bread, which is baked in-house and served with brown butter; the pickle plate, which includes a pickled quail egg and beef tendon as well as vegetables – not things you usually see but great additions; a hard boiled egg with fermented tofu and nori; and wafer thin slices of housemade charcuterie.

Next up were two exceptional starters, which showed both the serious chef-y side to Bianca’s and the more playful side. In one corner, a beautiful, delicate plate of white asparagus with cured pork belly and wild garlic capers, and on the other, a spiced savoury doughnut stuffed with a Tamworth pork patty and bishop’s crown buffalo sauce.
There will always be a pasta dish on the menu and, on the evidence of the fresh cavatelli served with kimchi butter, we’d advise you to order whatever is on that day. We also had a perfectly cooked monkfish served with pak choi tops and green tomato. And for dessert, a yoghurt parfait with Vietnamese coffee sauce.
Drink This
To drink, Bianca’s always has around ten options by the glass, as well as a big selection by the bottle. Like the food menu, these change regularly, drawing on the large cellar that Adolfo and Paola have created over the past few years. The entire list is made up of low-intervention wines, with many sourced from their native Italy, as well as France, Germany, Spain and Slovakia. We had a lovey Italian sparkling orange, as well as a light red from Abruzzo (where Adolfo is from). If you’re off the booze, we can highly recommend the housemade kombucha too.

Why Go
Bianca’s is a very accomplished neighbourhood restaurant, offering up excellent dishes, primo produce and some fun and funky wines, all in a cute charming space.
