The salad project is prepared to open four new restaurants in London over the next four months to speed up its expansion strategy.

Founded by Florian de Chezelles and James Dare in 2021, the salad bar group has expanded to seven locations in London.

In LinkedIn, de Chezelles announced that it intended to open new places in the coming months at Victoria’s Nova Development, Battersea Power Station, Westbourne Grove in Notting Hill and near Southwark Tate Modern.

Each of the seven locations of the salad project in London is uniquely designed for its surroundings and offers fully modifiable salads and protein bowls made fresh from scratch.

The salad project has collaborated with Dishoom to create a collaborative salad, presenting the Malai and Kasundi button sauces for the Indian Restaurant Group.
