The largest independent hotel group in the UK celebrates 25 years of success that celebrates a milestone that emphasizes its rich history and brave plans for the future.

Founded in 2000 by Haydn Fenton and Robin Sheppard, the tailor -made hotels have evolved from a small company -led company to a nationally known brand in the hospitality of the United Kingdom and now oversees more than 60 collections of hotels.

What started as a practical operation that controls everything from accounts to sales and marketing has become a more structured and wider hospitality brand. Still, at the heart of their customized hotels remain faithful to its foundation – individuality in the hotel industry.

Instead of setting one size for everyone, customized hotels have constantly defended the individuality of each property by providing a decentralized structure that values the local identity and the independence of the owner. This philosophy has given the company the opportunity to build permanent relationships and create a distinctive presence in the hospitality industry.

Today, 30% of the hotels in custom -made collections have been with the group for more than ten years, and more than half (53%) has remained at least five years – a certificate of partnerships’ strength and longevity.

While individuality remains at the heart of their model, the customized is equally committed to pursuing a strong commercial performance – to improve the value of administrative agreements and to ensure that hotels are profitable and efficiently, all without sacrificing their unique character.

The founder and President Robin Sheppard of the customized hotels said: “Industry has changed a lot in the last two decades, but one thing we have never wiggled is the meaning of the intestine instinct. We have always been well listened to but without understanding what hotel owners want and work.

Over the years, the company has navigated the economic challenges and the evolving hospitality landscape, while it is faithful to people first. A tailor-made attack during the Covid-19 pandemia, emphasizing key rural destinations such as Lake District, Devon and Cornwall.

Bespoke also collaborated with the new technology supplier to streamline income management-to-the-line manual workloads and the opening of valuable information to guide smarter decision-making. The group revitalizes the Shearings Hotels from the bold flexibility exhibition, launching a brand of one of the most challenging periods of the industry.

The headquarters in Warrington now supports the growing range of real estate, and there are several interesting new openings on the horizon -including Ty Gwy’s Aberoch, Bailiffgate Hotel Alnwick and Hotel Gotham in Newcastle and Bristol.

Haydn Fentum, the founder and chairman of the customized hotels, added: “We have built something that we have been incredibly proud of, 25 years, but the values of trust, balance and independence remain unchanged. From the beginning, only two of us did all the phones that come to one number.
