Debjit Dass has been appointed Director General of the Group at Zetter Hotels as the Boutique Hotel Collection is preparing to launch its third property.
Dass, who has built an impressive culinary career throughout the United Kingdom and Dubai, joins the Zetter team before Zetter Bloomsbury’s highly expected launch, which is expected to open in October this year.
Experience with several key teams Dass is known by creating foods that present bold, live flavors.
Dass said, “When Zetter Bloomsbury on the horizon, I look forward to leading a talented team and handicraft menu that celebrates creativity, seasonal and rising approach to modern hospitality.”
The CEO of Zetter Hotels, Liutkauras Tukevicius added: “Not only does Debjit bring a wealth of experience, but also brings the quality and concentration of his handicraft.
Mark Sainsbury and Michael Benyan, who founded the Zetter Group in 2004, sold the company’s global hospitality investor Orca Holding in March 2021.
The Zetter Group is currently maintaining Zetter Marylebone and Zetter Clerkenwell, Zetter Bloomsbury means the first new opening of the collection in the decade.
