Luxury Art Hotel Izza has announced that it will establish an independent restaurant’s pick -up. The celebration of art, culture and the finest gastronomy Noujum is named after the late American social worker Bill Willis from home, who has strongly inspired Izza’s planning and aesthetics.
Restaurant, formerly known as Izza Roof Restaurant, sits above the embedded Riads of Butique Art, and stunning ceilings -houses in the garden of terraces overlooking the lively medina -the ideal location of the sunset and Suppers program below Assumptions. stars.
Noujoum is now open to foreigners, and diners can explore the collection of £ 5 million traditional and digital works throughout the property. These include the Sebastião Salgado’s Amazon NFT series and the sand from Turkish -American artist Refik Anadol’s machine learning.
Intimate places and beautiful orange-filled courtyards with fountains are an ideal place to enjoy the pre-cocktail Bill Bar, which repeats the iconic design of Willis Rick’s café in Casablanca.
A mixture of seven connecting riads, the Nouanomi menu reflects the ‘Friends of Friends’ concept that has edited IZZA. The seasonal menu was selected by British consultant Chef, Paul Weaver, and suppliers include sellers on skis, as well as local organic facilities and Izza roof garden. Noujoum foods that are focused on local and sustainable products tend to present the best Moroccan by combining traditional cooking methods with European influence.
Lunch and dinner menus consist of both small and distribution plates, which are the core of Izza. The dishes contain crab and leek chocolates, king shrimp and Langoustine with saffron mayonnaise; Beef carpccio, truffled artichoke, pickle girolles and pasta; Baked seasoned eggplant caponata, stracciatella, basil and fried capers, as well as Noujoun monk tag with charred peppers and Fennel. All the seafoods are from a sustainable Ace Maree fish supplier with the same amount of products from native waters. Local and international wines follow the dining menu.
The kitchen is conducted by head chef Ahmad El Hardoum, who has worked in many well -known hotels and restaurants in Marrakech in the last 15 years, including Le Palais Paysa and most recently at the chef de Cuisine El Fenn. Alongside Ahmad, there is a talented pastry chef, Abderazzak El Boukhari, who has 10 years of experience in dropping delicious delicacies and desserts, including a special version of Izza’s tiramiso.
IZZA prices start at € 200 (£ 180) to a maximum of € 840 (£ 720) per room, including a daily a la carte breakfast and airport transfer when arriving. Straight reservations also include a 45 -minute massage in Izza’s internal spa and in Hammam or free cocktail.
Izza’s current TripAdvisor rating is 5/5; 4.9/5 Google Review Point and 9.5/10 rating on Booking.com.
