Cooks Company has renewed its partnership with all its portfolio Litery customers and has received more than £ 18 million in retained business in the city of London.

In three or five -year contracts, catering continues to manage and deliver events in the Brewery’s Hall, Coopers ‘Hall, Goldsmiths’ Hall (pictured), IronMongers ‘Hall and Platerers’ Hall.

Cooks’ Company, who has cooperated with some of his Litery customers for over 20 years, said that many venues had “exceeded the goals and expectations in many cases”.

The company looked at the renewal of the agreements partly on the expertise of its teams and a deep understanding of the hall inheritance.

Rob Fredrickson, CEO of Cooks, said: “Expanding our partnerships with our Livery clients gives us a privilege and the opportunity to continue our crafts and creativity to these unique facilities in the city.

“This sector is full of history and traditions, but its natural ability to adapt and have made it possible for it to remain current and continues to grow in the modern world. We look forward to developing together as we continue to attract a wider audience and increase income. ‘

The original Cooks Catering Business company was founded in 1996 and purchased it in 2019.

Its portfolio includes prestigious venues such as Royal Opera House, RHS Garden Wisley and historic royal palaces.
