Amazon shoppers are snapping up a gratitude journal they’re calling ‘mindblowing’. Originally £22.99, the 6-Minute Diary is now down to £17.99.

You can also get the diary for £9.75 from Temu. The six-minute journal, which comes in seven different colours, has daily prompts for everyday reflection, and offers you the chance to take a look back at the end of eery month.

According to the brand, it’s recommended by psychologists and therapists. The Book‘s preface includes a toolbox on how to be more positive, as well as science to back up the theory of positive psychology.

6-minute journal

The journal has 4.6 stars from 5,386 reviews. One person said: “Mindblowing and inspirational. Absolute love this book/diary! The little quotes are not only inspirational but also simplify things and make things feel easy to grasp and achievable to action! Making mental health routines a ‘must have’ rather than a ‘like to have’.

“The quality of the book is also great but the content is always the part I’m most interested in. Can’t wait to start creating positive habits in only six minutes per day!”

Another wrote “Honestly one of the best gratitude/mindfulness diaries out there! You can definitely tell that UrBestSelfTruly cares about the practice of positive wellbeing! This book is not just about being positive, but also improving yourself in all aspects of your life!

“This diary will definitely give you all the advice and growth you need to become the person you want to be! There’s a few pages in the beginning with inspirational advice and facts, then there’s the diary itself which is so quick to write in. I feel so motivated every day to write in it because it makes me feel so good in the morning and night.

“This book is perfect to look back at as well and see how far you’ve come/ what you’ve done in the year etc. Plus, this would be an amazing and caring gift if you’re thinking about it.

“Or even gift it to yourself to start your new year right!” Of the negative reviews, one person said “It’s overpriced for what it is. After a couple of weeks of usage it becomes very very repetitive. Specially if you are already a little bit of a positive person. Won’t recommend it at all unless you are some sort of masochist that takes insane pleasure of writing (and answering) the same things time after time after time.”

Alternatively, you can grab Gratitude: A Day and Night Reflection Journal for £12.99 at Waterstones. There’s also the Floral gratitude journal for £6 at Flying Tiger.

You can buy the 6-Minute Diary from Amazon and Temu. Get Gratitude: A Day and Night Reflection Journal from Waterstones and the Floral gratitude journal from Flying Tiger.
