Lesya Batsuk has been promoted to Group Finance Manager at Hotel Co 51, where she heads the company’s finance department. An experienced CFO with 17 years of experience in strategic accounting, Lesya is known for her strong budgeting and planning skills.
Before joining the hotel company in 2021, Lesya worked for more than eight years in the role of senior financial management at Intertrust Group. There, he gained valuable experience working with international clients, skillfully mastered legal regulations in different European jurisdictions and adapted to different reporting techniques.
Since joining Hotel Co 51, Lesya has played a key role in building the company’s centralized financial structure and implementing financial systems throughout Europe from the Amsterdam headquarters. During this time, Hotel Co 51’s portfolio has grown to 42 properties spanning five Marriott International brands in eight countries.
With five direct reports, Lesya leads a diverse team of 29 members representing 15 nationalities and speaking 20 languages. He is responsible for increasing the efficiency of the organization and developing ethical financial processes that correspond to the company’s commitment to efficient and sustainable hotels.
This is the hotel operator’s second internal promotion to the senior management team in recent months, following the appointment of Wayne Androliakos as CEO of Hotel Co 51 in June 2024.
