Coldplay have announced two new Wembley Stadium dates as part of their 2025 World Tour. The band have taken to Instagram to say that due to “phenomenal demand” during the pre-sale, two extra dates have been added for September 2025 at the London arena.
The pre-sale for these extra dates went live at 2.30pm today (Thursday 26 September), and general sale for all 10 Wembley dates opens at 09.00 tomorrow, Friday 27 September. Coldplay have been performing their Music of the Spheres tour since March 2022, bringing the epic show back to London next summer.

A mystery guest will appear on stage alongside Coldplay, but it is not clear if the guest will remain the same each night or will change with each performance. The band has worked with many artists over the years, and at Glastonbury 2024 a host of up-and-coming and famous faces took to the stage for various songs.
Little Simz, Laura Mvula and Michael J Fox were all part of the band’s headline set, while in previous years Robyn, Rita Ora and London Grammar have all supported Coldplay shows.
On Instagram, Coldplay wrote: “Due to phenomenal pre-sale demand, the ninth and 10th Wembley Stadium shows have just been announced, for 7th and 8th September 2025. Pre-sale for these extra shows starts at 2.30pm BST today, to those with pre-sale access .
“The sale for the first eight Wembley shows has now closed. The general sale for all UK shows starts tomorrow (Friday) at 9am BST.”
