Amazon shoppers have been amazed by a migraine relief cap they say ‘eases the pain so well’. The MyHalos Migraine Relief Cap costs £18.99 on Amazon, and you can also get it for £27.19 on eBay.

The freezable hat delivers a cooking sensation to the entire head. It’s got medical-grade soft gel that stays cold for up to 30 minutes, and is designed to ease the pain of headaches, migraines, and sinusitis.

The head wrap hugs the contours of the head and features a notch for the nose. It also comes with a resealable pouch to keep freezer odours from transferring onto the hat.

Migraine relief cap

The migraine cap has 4.6 stars from 2,607 reviews. One person said: “Perfect headache relief. This is amazing. I didn’t think it would get that cold but it really does. It gets so cold when you first put it on it takes your breath away.

“It is comfy to wear and the fabric is nice and soft. If I have a migraine I don’t always wear it but will just lay over my face and it eases the pain so well.”

Another wrote “This product is amazing, I brought this to help with my migraines/headaches which I suffer with daily, I also suffer with sinus headaches. And this is perfect for all-round relief. I was amazed by how well it works. I’ve only used it as a cold compress.

“The only thing I will say is that after putting it in the freezer it was far too cold for me, had to let it warm up for a bit so I’m going to try keeping it in the fridge instead so it’s not so cold. But all around an amazing product, I would recommend this to friends and family for sure.”

“I felt much better after its first time use and I am planning to continue using it,” a third said. Of the negative reviews, one person wrote “I had this in the freezer for an hour. It wasn’t very cold when I took it out. It’s also quite baggy so isn’t very snug on head for compression and slides down.”

Alternatively, you can try the Boots Cooling Migraine Head Wrap, which costs £19.99. It uses the same gel technology, and stays cool for up to 20 minutes.

You can buy the MyHalos Migraine Relief Cap from Amazon and eBay. Get the Boots Cooling Migraine Head Wrap from Boots.
