Housing association L&Q has recently launched a collection of one- and two-bedroom apartments* at the development located on the outskirts of Chiswick and Brentford. (*Conditions apply)

Kew Bridge Rise is a joint venture between L&Q and award-winning housebuilder The Hill Group, which aims to provide Londoners with premium yet affordable homes and impressive living amenities.

Initially, the shared homes will be offered to current residents of the borough, before the scheme opens up to buyers from across west London later this year, and wider London in early 2025.

Home for modern living

Designed to meet L&Q’s high standards, each kitchen has elegant stone worktops and fully integrated appliances such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and induction hob.

Full-height windows illuminate modern living areas with Amtico flooring, while a washer/dryer is housed in a generously-sized storage cupboard. The main bedrooms have built-in mirrored wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. Additional features include underfloor heating, private outdoor spaces and access to shared roof terraces.

L&Q’s apartments at Kew Bridge Rise help residents lower monthly bills and have been designed with sustainability in mind. All homes are equipped with high efficiency aluminum wood composite windows and heat supplied via a common air source heat pump.

Alongside beautiful apartments, the development’s five unique buildings will host a range of on-site facilities, such as a gym, a co-working space, a rooftop terrace and an in-house concierge service. A new nursery will also open on the Kew Bridge Rise site.

Location, location, location

For those seeking tranquility within the city limits, Kew Bridge Rise is surrounded by plenty of green space, including the historic 65-acre gardens at Chiswick House and the famous Kew Gardens across the river.

Commuters will find Kew Bridge Rise particularly convenient due to its proximity to transport links, including Kew Bridge Overground Station and Gunnersbury Underground Station, which both offer fast and direct connections to Waterloo.

Find your perfect home

Claire Brenlund, Sales and Marketing Director at L&Q, commented: “As well as being located in a highly desirable pocket of West London and complete with a wide range of outstanding on-site amenities, these homes offer an elevated living experience at an affordable price point – with deposits from just £10,750.

“It’s a very exciting opportunity for house hunters currently looking in the Borough of Hounslow, and we expect to see a lot of interest from Hounslow’s first-time buyers this summer, before applications open to buyers from across West London later this year.”

Prices start from £107,500 for a 25% share of a one-bedroom apartment (full market value £430,000) and £132,500 for a 25% share of a two-bedroom apartment (full market value £530,000)*.

Private sale apartments at Kew Bridge Rise are currently available through The Hill Group.
